At Freedom to Breathe, my work includes:
EMDR intensive programs for focused trauma integration
Immersive couples therapy to restore connection and shift relational patterns
A systemic, compassionate approach grounded in EMDR, Schema Therapy, and an understanding of how trauma lives in the body
Together, we explore how your experiences are shaped not only by what has happened, but also by the systems, relationships, and roles you have lived within.
This is a space to gently untangle those layers so you can breathe more freely, connect more deeply, and move forward with clarity.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the mind and body process distressing memories so they can be held with greater ease and less emotional weight. Within an intensive format, this work can unfold in a more focused and supported way.
