Can we meet with you weekly or fortnightly?

Currently, I only offer an immersive couples program and am not providing weekly or fortnightly sessions. If you’re interested in this progran or have any questions, please let me know!

Can we both speak with you before we make a decision?

Yes, you can both speak with me before making a decision. Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Book a Discovery Call: Use the links on the couples immersive page or the affair recovery page to schedule a free Discovery Call.

  2. Pre-Call Questionnaire: After booking, you’ll receive a questionnaire to provide details about your relationship challenges and your interest in the program.

  3. Zoom Link: Once I receive your booking confirmation, I’ll send you a Zoom link for our call.

  4. Post-Call Reflection: After our call, I encourage you both to discuss whether I am the right fit for you. I will also assess if I can best support your needs.

  5. Readiness Check: Ensure you both have the time, energy, and financial resources for the program. When you’re ready to proceed, email me to finalize and secure session times.


Do we have to do any work outside of the sessions?

Yes, there will be work required outside of the sessions. Here’s what to expect:

  • Initial Assessment: You’ll receive questionnaires and a workbook to complete. This helps me understand your self-awareness, relational dynamics, and family patterns.

  • Commitment: You’ll need to commit to practicing what you learn in therapy in your daily lives. Change in a relationship requires ongoing effort, including adjusting boundaries, appreciating each other, and showing compassion.

  • Long-Term Effort: Successful relationship work involves continuous nurturing and applying insights from therapy to maintain and improve your relationship.

Both of you will need to be dedicated to this process for the best results.


Do I need to pay for a program upfront?

Yes, you need to pay for the program upfront:

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Required to secure the couples immersive program and pre-book all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total balance.

  • Full Balance: Must be paid in full one week before the first assessment session.

Payment Plans: Available to spread the cost over several weeks. All fees must be paid before the first session. Contact me via email or discuss it during the Discovery Call to arrange a payment plan.


Do you offer a Medicare rebate?

Unfortunately, Medicare rebates are only available for individual sessions, not for family or couples therapy. However, if you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), you can receive a rebate for individual assessment sessions.

  • Rebate Amount: $85.20 per session.

  • Rebate Processing: You will need to provide a copy of your MHCP. I will process the rebate for these two individual assessment sessions.


 
 

What if I need to cancel or re-schedule our couples immersive?

If you need to cancel or reschedule the couples immersive:

  • Commitment: Ensure you can fully commit to the program, including having the necessary time and financial resources.

  • Rescheduling: Notify me as early as possible to reschedule. I will make every effort to accommodate a new time, but availability may be limited, and there could be a wait for an open slot.

  • Cancellation: If you decide not to reschedule, the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
