9 contact hours plus 1 hour for assessment, workbook, and formulation - Total hours: 10

Program one condenses three months of therapy into two weeks.

A Free Discovery Call - what are your goals for therapy and are intensives a good starting place for you both.

Pre-sessions – A commitment from you both to complete questionnaires, and assessment workbook.

Week 1:

1 x couples assessment session (Tuesday) 90 mins

1 x individual session each person (1 Wednesday & 1 Thursday) 90 mins

Week 2:

3 x 90 mins couples’ sessions (Tues, Weds, Thurs)

 Investment: $3150 Includes GST

*A non-refundable deposit of $500 to be paid at time of securing all appts.

 Affair Recovery is the same program with the optional extra of a reduced fee for an EMDR Intensive Program or six weekly sessions for the person who has experienced the betrayal of infidelity. Infidelity can trigger unhealed trauma and can lead to symptoms of PTSD.
