Program two condenses six months of therapy into three weeks

A Free Discovery Call - what are your goals for therapy and is an immersive a good starting place for you both.

Pre-session – commitment from you both to complete questionnaires, and assessment workbook.

Week 1:

1 x couples assessment session (Tuesday) 90 mins,

1 x individual session each person (1 Wednesday & 1 Thursday) 90 mins

Week 2:

3 x 90 mins couples’ sessions (Tues, Weds, Thurs)

Week 3:

3 x 90 mins couple’s sessions (Tues, Weds, Thurs)

*There is the option to take a break after week 2 and to return for a further 3 sessions; the additional 3 sessions (week 3) will be pre-booked to ensure they are available for you both.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 to be paid at time of securing all appts.

 Affair Recovery is the same program with the optional extra of a reduced fee for an EMDR Intensive Program or six weekly sessions for the person who has experienced the betrayal of infidelity. Infidelity can trigger unhealed trauma and can lead to symptoms of PTSD.
