7.5 contact hours includes 90 min Assessment + Systemic Formulation + Personalised Assessment Workbook + 90 min Integration Session + Post EMDR Integration Guide.

Program one condenses three months of EMDR therapy into one week and includes:

A Free Discovery Zoom (30 mins)

Pre-sessions – A commitment to complete questionnaires, and assessment workbook.

• Week 1: 1 x 90 min Assessment Session + Systemic Formulation

  Week 2: - Intensive Week: 3 x 90 min (equivalent of 6 x 50-min sessions) pre-booked across one week (Tues, Weds, Thurs)

• Week 3: 1 x 90-minute Integration Session.

• Post EMDR Integration Guide to support your integration journey.
